[BEST SELLER] Traditional Ah Kim Achar

I ordered Ah Kim Achar because of the pineapple in the Achar which is unavailable in the other brands in the market. The pineapple added in the Ah Kim Achar is sweet and brought the favour to the max.

Achar tastes excellent… it’s not so spicy or sour & the texture is good. The vegetables are very crunchy. Peanuts are plentiful. It’s an appetizer added to our meals. We finished one bottle of the achar in one day.

Bought traditional and 1 less spicy achar for my Japanese friend to try. He really likes the taste and said it was very good - very crunchy and refreshing. Thank you seller for being so flexible and helpful during my purchase and endless questions regarding the product.

The freshness and immediate deliver of the Achar was delightful. Initially, I didn’t expect it to be so delicious, especially when paired with prawn crackers. I enjoyed the satisfying crunch and the delightful of sweet and sour flavor. Highly recommended!!!

Firstly, the peeps in Ah Kim are great because I contacted them and needed a batch to bring to Malaysia as a gift. They were fabulous accommodating my request for a quick delivery (within 2 days)! Then we came to the taste test - and saying it was hit at a family dinner (of 12 people) is real understating it. As a condiment to the Malaysian style dinner we had of home made Nasi lemak, it was so delectable we finished one tub in one sitting! Everyone gave it 2 thumbs up! The second tub we brought didn’t last long either! So will I recommend this achar? You bet your bottom dollar. Worth every cent we paid for a delicious condiment to our main meal! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The last time I bought the Traditional Acar, it was too spicy for me. I did not know that I could request for less spicy.  On the 6 Jan 2023, they sent me a msg from WhatsApp asking me whether I have missed to place my Achar order for CNY? They can extend the CNY promotion for me till that weekend, 8 Jan 2023. I replied that it was too spicy for me. They replied that they can arrange and told me to put a note in the Order as less spicy. I ordered on 6 Jan 2023 and requested for less spicy and to be delivered on 19 Jan 2023. Good services and they msg me one day before to remind me of the delivery between 2 - 5pm and whether I will be at home. Such good services. I received my order on 19 Jan 2023 at 4:30pm. Prompt delivery with 4 packs of CNY red packets. They informed me that they have put half the portion of the usual chili. Yes, this time is just right for me. Love the Acar is fresh and tasty. Achar tastes delicious. It’s not so sweet or sour… just right The cucumber were crunchy and there were plentiful peanuts which makes it even better to munch When we finished the whole bottle of veges there were still some gravy left so I added one small cucumber. It was as good. I ordered 10 bottles & I gave to relatives who visited during the CNY season. They love the Achar & enjoy every bit of the AcharGreat

Ordered & received the 2 bottles yesterday. Was surprised & very touch, they came in a very nice Xmas bag which is meaningful if it's meant for a gift. Couldn't wait to eat it & by tis morning, had finished half the bottle. Cucumbers are so crunchy you will not stop eating & though it's meant to go with my dinner, I couldn't help but ate it as an appetizer while watching my K-Dramas. This is one of the best and most authentic achar that I have tasted (just like what my Grandma Bibi used to make). Can’t get any better❤️ I ordered the traditional achar for kids and the spicy version for adults. But I LOVE both!

Just had it for our family dinner. I love the crunchiness and the bite size of the fruit and vegetables are just right. Perhaps, can consider toning down the sugar level a bit lower. Other than that, it’s good hearty achar! Thumbs up!

Best Achar the my family and I have ever eaten! Personally LOVE the chilli flavoured version. Not overly spicy. Achar is not too watery, neither is it too sweet! I'm now a newly converted fan for Ah Kim Achar!

is so delicious... but i think can have less sour and bit more spicy on the traditional. requested more peanuts... totally love it.

This is my 2nd time in purchasing Ah Kim's Acar. This time round I bought 5 bottles so I can give it to my cousins and friends to try. One of my cousins love it so much thst she almost finish the acar within 15 mins after opening! She says its very addictive and could not stop eating once she opens it. My friend says it tastes jus like her mum's and it brings her down memory lane of how her mum used to make. Plan to order more again this time for the Chinese New Year next year.

The vegetables are fresh and crunchy and the paste is fragrant. The family enjoyed it! We can tell that it has been carefully made with premium and fresh ingredients. Normally we find achar too sour or soggy, this is perfectly balanced. Five stars!

Very delicious and it taste different from those sell on retail. Taste home made comfort food. I like the finely chopped peanut mixed inside the Achar. This is my Second purchase and will purchase more once my achar finished.

Sweetness of the achar is just nice for me. Also not too spicy. The amount of vinegar is perfect as it's not too sour. I love the crunchiness and the amount of peanut added is very generous :)

When I read how good it was by many customers who had bought Ah Kim's achar, I was a bit skeptical. Previously, I had friends who had tried other achar n claimed its so nice but when I tried it, its either too sourish or not fresh. My mind changed after I tried Ah Kim's achar, not only was it fresh, jts not sourish and the sweetness is just nice. What is surprising is they have turnip in it which I rarely see in Achar. Taking photos won't show how delicious the achar is cos it will not do any justice to it. Photos cannot tell u anything because looks can be deceiving. You have to try to know! This is my first purchase of Ah Kim's Achar! It was really nice - very authentic traditional taste of achar!

Ordered 4 bottles intending to give them away cos I was never a huge fan of achar. But then I opened up a jar to try and … I was sold. Crunchy to the bite with a delicious tangy goodness of the sweet and sour. Generous amount of peanuts too. Yumz ! Am an achar convert now.

It's refreshing to have sengkuang and pineapple in the achar. My mum's/ family version doesn't have these two ingredients but instead have cabbage and long beans. Good alternative replacement when I can't have my mum's achar.

Very refreshing ingredients & taste unlike those bought from supermarkets which has a strong vinegar taste. Will definitely get more BUT I don’t want to collect so many plastic containers over time so it would be great if you can work out a system in which we can return these containers (washed clean & marked as our own) for refills.

Bought 5 bottles and given 2 bottles away to my friends. Love the Achar taste very much. Already finished my 3 bottles (1 bottle each day). Perhaps can have lesser amount of carrot, which is a bit hard. However love the pineapple. Hope can have a bit more. Look forward to good discount for future purchase.

By far the yummiest achar I've ever eaten! The vegetables are so crunchy and fresh, and the sauce is perfect! Not too sour and not too spicy. Goes super well with rice (case in point: my family and I finished a bottle within two days!) and I love how the sauce is generously filled with sesame seeds which greatly elevated the flavour. Super yummy!
